Chase Street Townhouses LLC owns and manages four rental townhouses at 407, 409, 411 and 413 Chase Street, Oxford, PA 19363.

What we do

We lease our townhouses to residential tenants and handle the property ourselves: leasing, rent and account matters, repairs and maintenance, and upkeep of the grounds and shared driveway.

Communicating with tenants

We use one business phone number for calls and text messages with our tenants. Text messages cover maintenance and repair scheduling, rent and account notices, lease matters, and answers to tenant questions. We do not send marketing messages.
